Is it possible to measure DC current in Nano Ampere range?
Is it possible to measure DC current in Nano Ampere range by using Second-Generation PC USB Oscilloscopes like VT DSO-2A20E? If so what will be the min/max resolution limit? Thanks

Re: Is it possible to measure DC current in Nano Ampere rang
The second generation VT DSOs such as 2A10, 2A20, 2A10E, 2A20E have a resolution of 10~16bits. As the sampling rate goes down, the resolution goes up. The minimum full-scale voltage range is +/-10mV. To measure a current, a resistor has to be used to convert the current to a voltage. For example, you can use a 10k resistor to convert a 1000nA to 10mV. This is of course provided that the inclusion of the 10k in-series resistor will not change the circuit under test too much.
