Today is is not uncommon to have multiple screen attached to your PC. The MultiInstrument application have subwindow that are confined
to the main window. This is most akward sind you want to spread you windows on your multiple screens. Are there any plans to move away
from this (quite old) windowing concept?

Actually, in Multi-Instrument, only the Oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Spectrum 3D Pot, Multimeter windows are confined in the main window, while many others are not, such as Signal Generator, 16 x DDP viewers, DDP Array Viewer, 8 x Data Logger, Device Test Plan and LCR Meter, 8 x DDC, 8 x X-Y Plots, etc.
Moreover, it is possible to launch multiple MI instances which will benefit from big screen or multiscreen more.
