Open a file "without name" crasch the application

When trying to pen a file "without name" there is just more and more dialog boxes appering. Those dialog boxes are "modal" and therefor
it is not possible to access anything else. The application crash.

P.S.
Don't use modal windows - this is bad practice!

Thanks for the bug report. Could you elaborate a bit on how to open a file "without name"? Or maybe you meant a file with a wrong extension (e.g. a file with WAV extension but does not follow the standard WAV format)?
