DSO 2820
I got my new DSO 2820- Driver is loaded but I got "Sampling frequency not supported" in a popup window for the scope and signal generator when activating signal generator or scope. What does that mean. I get an one second red light when the DSO 2820 is plugged in. When I start MIu the green light flashes for a couple of seconds. What I am doing wrong. Please advice. Thanks you.

Update to my question. I got the scope working by changing the choosing the sample rate from the drop down menu but when I want to use the signal generator the sample rate selected with the signal generator are still not working regardless of the one I choose. so your help is still needed for the signal generator. The problem may occur if the selected ADC and DAC devices do not match your actual device. You can go to [Setting]>[Restore to Factory Default] to select the correct ADC and DAC device. Alternatively, you can go to [Setting]>[ADC Device] and [Setting]>[DAC Device] to select the correct device. It looks like that the device you purchased is VT DSO-2820E instead of VT DSO-2820.
