Windows 10 Build 1903 - for info

Just to advise that my Windows 10 laptop was updated today via microsoft windows update. It is now at Build 1903.

Connecting my DSO-2820E caused Windows to go into it's 'found new device' routine. It then left me with an 'unknown' USB device instead of the correct Virtins USB driver.

It was possible to reload the driver successfully using the manual process in the Virtins documentation (labelled for Windows 8 & 7), but you may get other support queries on this since microsoft seems determined to update as many windows installations as possible.

best regards
Bob

Thanks for the information. This probably has something to do with Windows or Windows Updates. Beside manual reinstallation of the driver, reinstallation of the whole software package or executing VirtinsDriverInstaller32.exe or VirtinsDriverInstaller64.exe in the software's installation directory\Drivers\VTUSB3\32bit or 64bit should also work.
