Hi,
I couldn't find an explicit specification for the VT DSO-2A20E USB oscilloscope regarding the way the A and B channels are sampled.
Does it use a single ADC chip to sample A and B inputs, multiplexing the channels, or the simultaneous sampling is used via independent (and synchronized) ADC chips ...

Is it possible to damage the DSO-2A20E device by giving it too high a voltage when it is set on the higher sensitivities (say, applying a +-50V sine wave when the input ADC range is set to +- 10mV)? The max. allowable input voltage is specified as +-100V in the manual, but it doesn't ...

So, just to make sure I understand it right - the hardware calibration seem to be applied to the signal before it is digitized by the ADC, so as long as the parameters of the hardware calibration are set correctly in the hardware, all ...
