Inut channel of MI3.2

Multi-instrument 3.2 have 2 channel input.
How to connect 2 microphone for measuring 2 different sound source at the same time?

Can I use Line_in as Channel A and mic_in as Channel B?

The best way is to find a sound card that support two mic input channels, for example, E-MU Tracker Pre, M-Audio Mobile Pre, etc.
