Hardkey Remote Upgrade Request
After purchasing a software upgrade and /or additional add-on module (s), if you already have a USB hardkey, please use the following form to submit your hardkey ID, we will generate the corresponding upgrade package file and send it to you via email afterwards.
How to obtain the hardkey ID Plug in the USB hardkey, and then on Windows desktop, go to [Start] > [All Programs] > [VIRTINS Multi-Instrument] > [VIRTINS Hardkey Upgrading Tool] to launch the hardkey upgrading tool, the following dialog box will pop up with the hardkey ID displayed.
How to upgrade the hardkey After you receive the upgrade package file, you can upgrade the hardkey by yourself.
Plug in the USB hardkey, and then on Windows desktop, go to [Start] > [All Programs] > [VIRTINS Multi-Instrument] > [VIRTINS Hardkey Upgrading Tool] to launch the hardkey upgrading tool, the following dialog box will pop up. Press the file load button to choose the upgrade package file corresponding to the hardkey ID, and then press "Upgrade".
